Mission Statement
Community Network Inc provides individuals with an emergency safety net, utilizing a range of services to enable them to become self sufficient members of the community. CNI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, age, family size or national origin.
Faith Haven/HIV Project [of Community Networks Inc] is a member of the West Virginia Coalition for People with HIV/AIDS. CNI is funded in part by: community support, Department of Education, Department of Health and Human Resources, private donations, United Way of Morgan and Berkeley Counties. CNI is a non-profit community-based agency which relies on volunteers, donations and you.

Faith Haven Services
In addition to education about HIV/AIDS and its transmission, Community Networks Inc offers assistance in a variety of areas to individuals and their families. Faith Haven services are provided to clients in ten counties including Webster, Pocahontas, Pendleton, Grant, Hardy, Mineral, Hampshire, Morgan, Berkeley and Jefferson counties.
Assistance to Clients Includes:
- Faith Haven Dwelling - long-term housing in a single family home. Faith Haven offers clients all the comforts of home in a residential setting. The residence boasts a large fenced yard, full kitchen, living room, dining room and private bedroom for clients.
- Case Management - a CNI case manager offers individualized assistance and referrals for clients in need.
- Transportation - a van is available for transporting clients to doctor and other medical appointments when other forms of transportation are unavailable or inconvenient.
- Housing Assistance - clients in need may receive limited rental assistance. Rental assistance helps prevent clients from becoming homeless.
- Nutritional Support - in order to help clients maintain their health CNI distributes Ensure nutritional supplement to HIV positive individuals.
Community Networks Inc also offers a variety of services to low-income and no-income individuals in the community which enables it to give HIV+ clients a better sense of anonymity since they are not the only individuals and families in need that are served. Other services offered by CNI include: a homeless program, food pantry, soup kitchen, education services, job search assistance, clothing and personal hygiene products.
